Toy Ride Parade – Saturday, August 22

Celebrating our 34 th Annual Parade

BRAMPTON, ON.(April 15, 2015) – The Brampton Motorcycle Association (BMA) proudly announces the return of its signature charity event – the Police Escorted Toy Ride Parade.

It all began in 1982 with “Santa’s Ride for Kids” – 12 Riders decorating their Bikes, weaving through the streets of Brampton and raising $753.00. And for the next 33 years we’ve never looked back!! It’s a tradition that has raised well over $100,000, furnished two rooms on the Brampton Civic Hospital Pediatric floor, provides 100’s of toys and each year makes life just a little bit better for hundreds of Children.

Today the Toy Ride Parade supports both the Brampton Civic Hospitaland theBrampton Salvation Army.

Event: Brampton Motorcycle Association’s 34thannual Toy Ride Parade

Event Description:

A Police Escorted Charity parade consisting of approx 200 motorcycles with all cash proceeds to the Brampton Civic Hospitaland the Toys to the Brampton Salvation Army

Other Event Activities:

Free Pancake breakfast (Salvation Army), BBQ, Silent Auction, 50/50 Draw, Door prizes, club participation awards, Band

Event Date: Saturday August 22, 2015

Event Location:

Brampton Soccer Centre at Dixie and Sandalwood – Dixie Rd. Parking lot.

The Parade departs from and returns to the Soccer Centre

Registration Fee: A new toy or $25.00 donation – per person

Event Times:

Registration is between 8:00 and 10:30

The Parade departs at 11:00, returning at approx. 12:00 noon

Parade Route:

Approx 25 kms, about one hour, through the streets of Brampton.
