Had to stop an leave 5 stars. I never usually do this but I was very impressed with Riders Plus especially after dealing with some of the other big brands out there (most had terrible phone experiences with reps with either terrible connections, long hold times, misspelling things etc). But my experience was very smooth and my file was handled very quickly (representative was Mike Guy).
Charmaine was quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had just tried a competitor who was slow, inefficient and frustrating. What a difference! Bravo Charmaine! You made my day!
