Liability Insurance - Ontario

Provides insurance coverage for you or other insured persons if someone else is killed or injured or their property is damaged in a motorcycle (automobile) incident. It will pay for legitimate insurance claims against you or other insured persons up to the limit of your insurance coverage and the cost of settling claims.

Motorcycle riders often don’t realize the amount of damage or injury that can be caused by a motorcycle to pedestrians, passengers, or property. Riders Plus Insurance strongly recommends carrying the highest level of liability insurance coverage on your motorcycle that is allowed by the insurance company and by law. The most common limit of liability in Ontario is $1,000,000 per occurrence, but it is strongly recommended for those who qualify to increase their limit to $2,000,000.
